2020 Big Country 3115RLK roof issues

We were going to go camping for Thanksgiving, but then I noticed this. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this? We’ve had this unit for just over 2 years, and when not in use, it’s stored in covered parking.

I have never experienced that, but I've only had my unit 10 months. When was the last time you were on the roof?

Yikes, thats not good to see. Looks like the EDPM material wasnt glued down very well at the front, and has pulled away from the backing under neath. I most likely would use that eturnabond type roof tape and seal that up. I have seen quite a few rigs going down the road at highway speeds, where the roofing material is pulled up there, in that exact spot by the low pressure air present while being towed.
And according to the warranty, you are supposed to be checking on these caulked seams every 90 days. I check mine usually twice year.

We are full time travelers, so I have the opportunity to get up on my roof every 4 or 5 weeks. My main purpose is to coat all the plastic covers and skylights with 303 protectant up there, but I also visually inspect all they roof area.

It's hard to tell exactly what is going on from this picture, but it looks like the front cap has let go and is no longer securely attached in that area. If that is the case, then when it was installed, they either didn't use long enough screws or did not correctly hit the roof truss that should have been in that area for the cap to secure to the roof. After watching a bunch of roof videos from the AZ Expert YouTube channel, it seems pretty common.
