2021 Bighorn 3120 refrigerator problems (on 2nd Refrigerator)

We have a 2021 Bighorn 3120 and have had it for 6 months. Our first Insignia refrigerator started to fail a few weeks after use. Our warranty got a new refrigerator installed by the dealer. The new refrigerator lasted a few days then went to 60 degrees' . There is no ventilation in the tight nook the only opening is a lockable inspection door. Can the lack of air flow be contributing to the refrigerators failing?

What's the model of the insignia refrigerator (should be on a label inside or on the door) so we can look up the manual online? ALL refrigeration devices are thermal transfer devices removing heat from the section to be cooled, and expelling that heat to the internal or external air atmosphere.
If hot air ventilation is inadequate, refrigeration problems are going to happen.
