AC Part Number 2021 Cyclone 4006

Does anyone know the part number or model number of the Rear AC on a 2021 Cyclone 4006? Mine quit working and I've given up on the dream of the dealer actually correcting this under warranty, and I have a big trip planned. So, I'm just going to buy a new unit. I can't run out to my trailer to check because it's been in the shop for weeks, untouched.

Did/have you contacted HL w/ your VIN and kindly explain the problem? It's quite possible that they would authorize a mobile tech to come look at/fix it.

I don't advise you to run out and get a new a/c right away. There's a good chance that good masters can fix it. Often air conditioner repair companies make money by just coming to your home and telling you that you need to buy a new unit, although the old one can, in principle, be repaired. I consider such people incompetent. I have also encountered such "specialists" because I immediately found a good air conditioning repair company. I do not regret it because I live by the principle that everything is learned after a hundred trials and errors.

I would get it out of there, do it yourself. Warranties are only as good as the people that honor them, and the process is very broken.
