I purchased a used Northtrail 33BKSS travel trailer. I cannot find what the switch is for. I also don’t know what goes beneath the switch. I’m hoping somebody has the same model or would know what that switch is for. I thought it was for lighting underneath the island but I haven’t seen it. I took the panel off underneath the sink to trace the wiring. But I noticed the wires are disconnected and there is nothing there does anyone know what these are for?

Any pics from behind the panel you took off? The leak detector mots likely would not be on a switch.

If that’s where the LP detector was, there should be 12V wiring behind it. LP detectors are always active unless you disconnect the main battery.

As for the switch, is there under-counter
LED lighting?

On our Sundance, there is a switch in nearly the same positoiin. It operates an LED light strip embedded under the edge of the counter on the front side of the island.
