ATF: Landmark - bedroom slide seals

my bedroom slide out seals on my 2013 landmark key largo seam to be tearing off and I would like to know where I can get replacement seals.

Just had mine replaced at Charger RV in Elkhart, IN. Cost me ~$800 and it took 4-hours to complete. I chose Charger because it's right next door to the slide manufacturer, so they came over and adjusted the cables on the slide and made sure everything was good to go. The final piece is they changed how the seals are installed too. If you see a newer Landmark or Big Horn, look at the top wiper seal on the bedroom. They don't fold the top seal over and glue it to the sides anymore. It's a straight cut run all the way to the edge on the top seal. Much better application.
