awm970 dvd/cd not working

Player accepts dvd or cd and tries to load but err message appears and it wont load. Cds and dvds play in other players. Player worked for about a year and a half. We are not full timers, so real usage is probably about 3 months! Can it be repaired or is she dead jim?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

You might give ASA a call (877-845-8750) and ask for help. First I would unplug the unit from power and see if it might reset. Sometimes electronics get their own mind set and maybe unplugging will erase what ever is wrong.
