Awning broke

I have 2020 Heartland Prowler. Camping a couple of weeks ago and one of awning brackets failed twisting the whole arm and also twisting other bracket. One day out of warranty. No wind and barely sprinkling so. It weather related. It’s an electric Carefree awning. Any idea where I can purchase another? Has anyone else had a failure like this. Thanks for any help.

Look on the awning arm for a model number, or call Heartland Service with your VIN at the ready to identify the part on your rig.

You should call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. If the failure was actually 366 days after purchase, you might get some warranty consideration or perhaps a goodwill accommodation.
