I am a new owner of a 2011 Road Warrior 30C unit. There is some damage to the awning. The rear cover is broken and I would like to know the model of the unit so that I can get a replacement. There were no manuals with the trailer so, I contacted the heartland customer service. They do not have the correct information about the awning. They think it should be a Dometic 9100 20 ft motorized but it is a Carefree 20' motorized. My question to the forum is, what model of Carefree awning is it most likely to be based on what you have installed on your rig that was made in the same time frame?
