BigHorn 3 piece shower door

We're currently visiting my brides family (out of state) and this morning the outer glass shower door shed the rear top roller - resulting in a door that's mostly bound up.

I've repaired home shower doors before and was always able to lift the door up / off the track to make this repair, but these doors are too tight and don't allow any up/down movement - so I have to plan something else.

Access to the now missing roller is also over-lapped by the other two glass slides - so not accessible from that side either.

That (in my mind) means I need to remove the top track and go at it.

Am I missing something easier?

ditto, been there done that/

Me too, as of an hour ago. The greatest challenge was moving the entire unit to a larger area, make the repair, then return it to the confines of the bathroom. I did the grunt work while my bride guided the door panels back in to the bottom tracks. I'd suggest now its Miller time (but I prefer IPA).
