Bunk Bed Stays Engaged

I have a new 2018 Torque T31 and today our bunk beds in the garage area have stayed engaged on their own and have blown 4 fuses. We cannot get them to go back up and do not know what is causing the issue. We can't replace the fuse without another blowing do we are at a loss. Since it is brand new, just purchased March 11th, I know we have a warranty but we have reservations for camping this weekend. Any advice?

Maybe check to make none of the wiring for the up and down got pinched and maybe shorting out. It sounds like a grounding situation. Just a thought!

Yep, I would start tracing wires. It sounds like the positive got pinched and is grounded. That would be my first step in trouble shooting.
