Just got in from a long journey and doing a walk around my rig I discovered that the bedroom slide out top cable is fraying. I would like to know what the procedure for removal and replace this cable ?? Has anyone done this ?? If so, where do I get the cable from ?? I will be staying put for the next 9 months so its not necessary to get to it now but I would like to know if anyone has done this and how to do it. Thank you in advance,
Bobby A

I believe the "tools" tab on this site has a manual on the slide mechanism. Any big box hardware will have cables for garage doors that may work.

I replaced 1 on mine. Been awhile, cable was about $30 on Amazon B.A.L. is slide manufacture I believe. Not a hard job cutting cable without fraying ends was only problem.

Thank you Jim and everyone, the manual kinda looks a little overwhelming to do this repair, I will order the part and see if a mobile tech in the area does this kind of work.
Thanks again,
Bobby
