Convenience Center Switches

Where can I find a replacement for this exact switch board. I looked at the manufactures website and they dont seem to list them. I did a google search and cant find it. Ebay has a few, but not the same layout as mine. This is out of a Fuel 305.

it seems you have the name of the name of the company that made them, the part number and the revision number, so i would think it should be easy enough to locate the manufacture and see if they can help you out with one, or give you the name of the customer who ordered them originally....
it may be the same company that supplied the fuse/circuit breaker panels....
