Crack above slide out

Hi there I have a 2014 Heartland Torque 325ss, owned it since new , and noticed a crack above the kitchen slide, which is out side as well. Has any one else had this issue , and how to get something like this fixed

Get in touch with Heartland. I don’t have your model but as a gesture of good faith they fixed my 2013 in 2015 after we were out of warranty. They tried something simple first and it cracked again and they tore it apart and fixed it and then never a problem again.

Odds are that was a few years ago, with a different manager.
This is the response I got back from Damon at Heartland


There’s a reason that manager is not our manager any longer.


My manager now sticks to policy, and this unit is outside the limited 3 year structural warranty.

I had same issue on 2018 Bighorn. They claimed it was water damage and would not do anything to fix. Good luck dealing with Heartland.
