Anyone traveled to Double lake recently? Are the trails easy or difficult to hike? Are the camp sites in good shape? All the reviews I have found are positive. Some sites are shown to have 50 amps with full hookups. I so far have only taken my RV to Texas state parks. Just curious if anyone has experience with this campsite or other recreation.gov camp sites they would recommend to go to in Texas or stay away from.
