UPDATE:

Potluck

The meat for our potluck will be provided by the HOC. We will be having tri-tip and chicken. We ask that each rig bring a dish to share.

Please check the first post of this thread to find out what dish to bring to our potluck on Saturday night. Look under The Attendee list, then look for your name to see what dish has been assigned to that section.

#1-25 please bring a side dish or salad to serve 10-12 people.
#26-40 please bring a dessert to serve 10-12 people.

An agenda will be posted on the first post soon. We are very excited for the rally and looking forward to seeing everyone.

We didn’t make the cut for the rally, could someone record officer Joiner and post it?

Sounds very interesting!

Hi Dan,

Steve Joiner is in the Commercial Industry Education Program as a coordinator / Industry Liaison. Mr. Joiner knows we all have fifth wheels and his program will be tailored around us. It should be interesting and informative.

Rally Golf Update

DATE: Friday, April 13
LOCATION: Sevillano Links @ Rolling Hills Casino, Corning, CA
1st Tee Time: 8:00am

I have secured five(5) tee times to accommodate 20 players. We currently have 16 signed up. If you have not signed up, now is the time. Contact me at jdfishing@comcast.net. I may not be able to get an additional tee time if we exceed 20 players, so if you would like to play, contact me ASAP. Additionally, I have secured these tee times with my credit card, so if you are signed up, but decided not to play, please let me know so I can make the proper adjustments. I will have to cancel the 5th tee time soon if there are no additional signups.

I know 8:00am is a little early for some folks, but I would like to finish in time to attend the CHP presentation @ 1:00. Its gonna be close, but I think we can do it.

Our golf format will be a Scramble. All team members tee off on each hole and then decide which tee shot they like the best and mark the spot with a tee or ball marker. The other team members pick up their balls and place them within one club length (no closer to the hole) of the marked spot. This continues until the ball is holed out. The team's score for the hole is the total of the best shots.

The team must use each players drive (excluding par 3's) at least once.

Men will play from the white tees and women from the women's tee.

Players are: J Kramer, Jarrod & Rhonda Jess, D Anderson, D Sullivan, Larry & Margie Jewett, F Dickey, B Sargent, T Chinn, Tony & Linda Wilson, Phil & Kathy Shoemaker, Ken & Deidra Bausano.

I will make the pairings up the week of the rally, when I have a final count. No last minute signups, please.
The golf shop may require I cancel any unused tee time a week in advance. Green Fees: $40 inc. cart.

Thanks for your participation and looking forward to a great Chuck & Donna rally at Durango.

I wish we'd have signed up when you first announced the rally. We'll be passing by on the 12th heading for Redding. If any of you are going to Pueblo in June, we look forward to seeing you. Have a great rally and hope to see you on down the road. Jim & Linda Kelly

UPDATE:
We are still holding at 18 players. THERE IS ROOM FOR TWO (2) MORE. Contact me if you are interested. jdfishing@comcast.net OR Site #155.

IMPORTANT UPDATE::
Was notified today by the golf course that they are in the process of aerating the greens. I should have been told this when I made the reservation, but......We will play either the front or back nine twice. They will be bumpy and Sandy. THEY REDUCED THE GREEN FEES TO $30 INCLUDING CART. I will also try to get a bucket of range balls included.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but there are no other options at this late date. If some would rather not play under these conditions, I certainly understand. Just let me know ASAP.

I still think we can have a good time and we now have a built in excuse for missed putts. Hope to see you all there.

No problem John I will just have to chip it in from the fringe and cut out my horrible putting altogether. ️*♂️
