No, just looking for different places to go. Not as much as the normal touristy spots everyone does. Did some of those at the last rally there. Ging wants to do the Vineyard and Nantucket.

Great info. Ginger is already filling up our itinerary. How far from the campground to the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard?

To the Woods Hole Ferry ... Steamship Authority ... 11 miles
To the Falmouth Harbor Ferry ... Island Queen ... 5 miles
Both about 35 minutes across
Both about $20 pp round trip + $15 parking

I'll have brochures / schedules with me ... one may have a schedule you like better than the other

As good fortune would have it, our timing of the rally in Falmouth could not have been better. It just so happens that the 23rd, 24th & 25th are the dates of the 47th Annual Cape Cod Scallop Festival ... held at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds, which happens to be 3 1/2 miles from our campground. Check out all the fun activities, and entertainment going on all weekend while we are there at http://www.capecodscallopfest.com/

I will have programs with me too for your welcome bags :)

Well the year ends with the last rally here on Cape Cod what a beautiful place. Fran and I had a blast as usual and have to thank the Mass. Chapter leaders Kevin and Glenn & Sharon for such a great time. All though we aren't leaving yet heading for Nantucket tomorrow. Everyone travel safe. See ya down the road!!!

Home and finally getting back on the forum after 5 weeks.

Beautiful location, fine job Kevin and your able bodied concierge Glenn.

The early arrival dinner location was a splendid choice. Only topped by the Black Dog Cafe we had lunch at on Martha's Vineyard. Would highly recommend that little place for great food,
