Several years ago I responded to a posting that is now closed - https://heartlandowners.org/showthread.php/31577-ATF-Bighorn-Skin-coming-loose-in-king-pin-area - I'm reporting back that indeed the adhesive had come loose and there was no water damage. We had a local RV tech remove the siding and replace it with diamond plate. He did a fantastic job. I also wanted to add that he also added insulation to the front bay area which helped a great deal in keeping our front bedroom/and closet area warmer and cooler depending on the weather.

My 2013 Bighorn is delaming also, I've seen a lot of this problem with many makes and models. My personal opinion is the glue used by the manufacturers now days. ( Not your father's glue)
