Frigidaire 23 ft3 OP code

Good day folks. 2015 Cyclone 4200 HD and it has a big fridge showing "OP" code on the freezer side. Just bought it and want to start getting it ready. Code is for temp sensor or open door which isnt, and freezer... doesn't. I assume that the sensor will need to be changed out. How do I prepare for the service man's visit? How do I pull it out? I'm a fat ol' fart and those screws look waaay back there.

Be aware sometimes the repair man will not work on a residential fridge in a RV. Make sure they will not have an issue working on the fridge.

Well, come to find out poor ol fridge was not getting enough power. Previous owner put in 2 group 24 batteries. So I went ahead and replaced those with a couple of Rolls group 27 AGM batteries and 8 additional group 31 AGM batteries in banks of 2 through switches for charging purposes. Now all problems seem to have been solved.
