Fuel 352 Converter Issue

We have had to replace the converter twice in the last year. Can anyone give me help in determining why? Shouldn't the converter last longer than a year?

Hi Kenneth,

Do you have an Electrical Management System/Surge Protector? Some external electrical problems can stress the Power Converter.

Also, the Converter is often located under the bathroom on many trailers. If you have any leaking water going into the area where the Converter is located, it could be leading to failure.

We now have a surge protector after replacing it for the second time. No leaking found.
