Had a much smaller issue with a dealer when I bought my ordered F-350 years ago. Dealer "smudged" the numbers to show a different number bottom line using a factory incentive he didn't know I already knew about.
I filed complaints with the attorney general but I'm guessing it went nowhere because the dollar amount was only $750 and I was not "harmed" because it was caught before paperwork was finalized at pickup.
