Get a load of this weatherproofing or lack there of under the wheel well

Brand new Pioneer BH250 trailer. Got it home and started looking underneath. This is above the passenger side tires. Driving down a wet road would fill it with water. That's some top quality installation there.

Hand built by skilled craftsman! That exposed wood will soak in the water and rot if not sealed somehow. That area should have had darco water proof material covering. Better get some of that flex seal .

That’s unfortunate. Would be interested to see how they plan on fixing it. Looking at my, it looks like it goes all the way under the floor.
