Getting the TV to get channels

On our Bighorn The booster for the roof antenna that picks up “Over the Air” channels must be off. Then we scan for channels using the TV menu

As Lyle said. One more thing though. Many TV's have separate scan modes for different sets of channel (frequencies). One for cable and a different one for over the air channels. Make sure you are scanning for "cable" channels.

Also, make sure the continuity between the cable input to the trailer and the TV are good. Bad connections are not that uncommon.
