Greystone electric fireplace

I don't know if this is the right forum or not, but seems to fit here. I have a 2014 big country 3700fl and my Greystone f3610g electric fireplace has failed. My problem is that I can't figure out how to remove it. I'm afraid to pry or pull on it for fear of damage. There are no front facing screws or bolts. I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice or how to proceed. I plan to call heartland tomorrow

Thank Gary

Post a pic, maybe someone can give you pointers even if they don’t have the same floorplan. Often Heartland used similar install techniques across multiple brands.

Our cyclone fireplace needed checking. I found the fascia around the sides and top slide up with a few bumps from your hand. Once the fascia is off you will see 4 screws to pull it out.

Hope this helps

Use a putty knife and pry off the trim. It's probably one piece. This is how I removed mine. Then I removed the small Finnish nails. Reinstalled with a Finnish nailer.
