Please what kind of adapter for the Big receptacle 120v 20amp , still having the 2 cfgi outlets also , what can I use , for refrigerator,les lights, small tv ,and probably a microwave …. New universe to me ,thanks

I can't see the outlet from the angle. But it is probably a 30 amp twist lock.
You could possibly buy the head and a length of 30 amp wire and make an adapter

As mentioned, it is a twist lock... Look at the bottom of the receptacle, it'll identify the type so you can find the male version at your local elecrical parts store. It looks like it says, 20A/125V, so it's probably a NEMA L5-30 twist lock.
