How to replace carpet with vinyl planking,

Our slides have exposed wires coming out of floor, any suggestions how to hide them when putting down new flooring?

What and where is the wiring. Is it 12 v or 120. I’ve never heard or seen wires coming out in the floor. Are the under the existing carpet . If so that’s a fire hazard.

The wires are for the slide. Quite the hole in the floor.

If the wires are small enough I would either try to re route or forget vinyl plank
