Frank Baker's daughter just posted on Facebook that he has passed away at MD Anderson Hospital. Services are pending.
Frank was famous for his Breakfast Extravaganzas and his fully stocked Tiki Bars at several rallies. He'll be missed.

She gave me permission to give out their address for flowers or cards
