Is this what i think it is?

Recently purchased a 2008 Cyclone. It has some issues, but I'm working on it. I think this is manual access to the electric leveling jacks, but that is not what we were told at the time of purchase. Am I right or wrong, and is it safe to use this if the jacks won't raise or lower electrically? One pic is of the hole in the outside wall, the other is looking in thru the propane tank compartment. This is on what would be the driver's side if the trailer were being towed. The hydraulics for the slide outs are on the opposite side of the trailer.Thanks for any help.

Those should be manual overrides, why wait till you need to use them go ahead & try them out.

Worried about damaging the motor. This thing has enough issues without me adding to them. I know it looks like it's made to be turned.

had to manually do mine when the rocker switch died once & I thought I was gonna die cranking that thing
