Last night I looked out and thought one of my awning LED strip lights was out. Today, I went and investigated, and discovered it was just a praying mantis blocking one of the LEDs! I guess he was waiting for a meal to be attracted to the lights.

Yeah, you really gotta watch those bugs. One night in Hermosa, SD Lin banged on my door about ten PM and told me my truck alarm was going off, but it had stopped by the time I got to the truck. A few days later, we were in a different park and the first night the truck alarm went off again. It turned out to be a huge moth and the interior sensor must have picked it up. Let the moth out the window and never had the problem again.
