It could be for a couple of different things. One could be a switched outlet in the storage bay, it could be for front end lights on the nose of the rig. It could even be for trim lights around the living room slide-out. Plus forgot, some rigs come with a step light, add that to the list of possibilities.
Could be some other items it may control, be maybe somebody could know for sure.
