Lippert OneControl glitching

We purchased a 2024 Cyclone 4118 about a month ago. We had to take it to Camping World after the first time using it due to the carbon monoxide detector continuously going off. When we got it back out I touched the control panel to turn it on and all it did was glitch as if it were trying to go to the correct screen. After phone calls with no help I swiped my finger to the right and another screen popped up. This wasn’t the normal screen. And this screen didn’t want to come on with swiping several times. It would let us open slides and awnings, but has no generator icon. We have to manually turn the generator on. Lippert has been no help. The screen glitches for a minute then “OneControl keeps stopping” pops up. Has anyone had this problem and can help?

I haven't had that problem but I have the OneControl system so I know it doesn't really have much of an interface aside from the one bottom button. You might try restarting it, which you can do by disconnecting your negative battery terminal and waiting a minute or two for everything to die. Hopefully it's not a bad unit.

Some OneControl devices are hard-wired (things like your awning) but others may be wireless and need to be re-paired. Ours has a Settings->Resync Devices that does this. Please note I have never used the function myself so I don't know if there are any risks. But in your case it might be worth trying...
