Still on the road to Florida and sighted several Heartlanders traveling west on I-10 in LA and a shiny Landmark traveling west on TX105 at 1000 hours this A.M. near Beaumont,TX. Later we passed a Cyclone, Big Horn, Elkridge (looked brand new), and another Cyclone traveling west on I-10.

Then my escort here at the Baton Rouge KOA complimented me on my rig and said he was a work camper who lived here in his 2013 BH 3610. I gave him my card and briefed him on the Kinder Rally and told him he should try to make it. . . . maybe he will.

Hope you waved to the north when you went over the tall bridge going into lake Charles. Lol

Mike - that was likely us on 105 today. Did I flash my lights and wave to you?

Yepper, that was you Jim! Welcome back to Texas! Peggy logs all the Heartlanders we pass and the ones that pass us like the Big Country that passed us just west of Mobile, Alabama today.

We are looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks in Kerville.

Yeah, right Andy pulling a fiver through LA and Mobile, AL isn't for wimps with vertigo like me especially when you see signs a couple of miles before a given bridge warning about high winds. It is all I can do to focus on keeping straight in my lane (I'm really glad that I opted for a dually when I bought the fiver!)
