I need to find a way to get the build sheet for my 2016 Bighorn. I've tried contacting Heartland but their automated phone system offers no option to speak with anyone who might help. Also tried using their chat service but it too is fully automated and offers no help. Is there a phone number that I can call to talk to a live person? Thanks.
