New HOC member in PA!

Let's welcome Dale Fredrickson and Karen Rick (KrazyKampers) to the Club. They are from the Berks Co area of south central PA so hopefully we'll get to meet them if they come to the April Camp Out or NE Regional rally both right in their backyard plus there is PA rally in May too!
