Hello! We are new to rving and just bought a new Pioneer BH250. We are looking at upgrading our tow vehicle and we're looking for advice. We have two trucks we are currently looking at and after watching a lot of videos and reading on a lot of websites both should be able to tow it. We are looking at a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Crew Cab with a V8 5.3 or a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab with a V6 3.6 E-Torque. Right away we thought the Chevy but after watching some reviews the Ram is starting to look good as well. What do ya'll think? Thank you in advance.

Based on the GVWR of the Pioneer BH250, the truck needs to have a towing capacity of 6900 lbs and be able to support a tongue weight of about 1,000 lbs.

We are pulling an RL250 with 2015 Silverado extra cab with a V8 6.0. I would recommend more HP than less. I've pulled with V6 before and much the bigger HP.
