When the 14 ft slideout is retracted, the rollers are suspended about 3/8 inch when traveling. When retracting, as the slide moves about 3 inches the rollers make solid contact with the floor. The slideout appears to be adjusted correctly. Reason for asking this? The Refrigerator weight separated the floor from the wall and was repaired under warranty.
