No hot water - 2015 Big Country SOLVED!

I have no idea what went wrong. We went away last week and came back Thursday night. Used the shower then and yesterday but now have no hot water. LPG tanks are full and the 12V and 120V switches are on, but still no hot water. I've checked the fuses and breakers and they are good. Any thoughts or experience to share?

Open the outside water heater door. You will find two small (1/2") rubber caps. Push in on both of them. They are limit switches that will pop out in case of an overheat situation. If they have popped out, you will be able to feel them push back in.

I've been trying to upload pics to show there are no black rubber caps inside.

It looks like you have an Atwood water heater. The switch labeled "ECO" (Emergency Cut Out) should have a button that can be reset if the water got too hot. If that does not fix your problem, you need the manual for more in-depth troubleshooting.
