No power after hooking to 6V's together

We have no power whatsoever in our rig after hooking 2 6V's together in series. I have looked at the diagrams & verified they are wired in right. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thanks for the help.

It would be helpful if you could post a picture of your connections.

"No Power Whatsoever"? Is your AC shorepower gone???

Do you have a DC voltmeter (or 12 volt test lamp) to trace the problem out?

Yes, batteries are full power. I think a fuse got blown somewhere.
There is usually a circuit breaker on the main power. Some are automatic while some have a small reset button. Also if you accidently hooked things up backward even for a second there are reverse polarity fuses on the fuse panel.

Budman, near the batteries should be a row of "red" color small breakers. Some are auto reset, some are not. Also, should be an inline fuse between the batteries and this row of mini breakers. Start tracing from the batteries outward.
