North Trail 33BUDS slide-out leak issue

I have 2020 model 33BUDS I just bought last year. I am already experiencing a leak somewhere around the slide out in the couch/dining quarters. You can't see where the leak is but you can definitely see where the damage is. I don't understand how something under a year old can have this issue already. Anyone else have this problem?? Please let me know of any thoughts. I called the dealer already and they may take a while to look at it. I fear it will get much worse. Attached are some photos of how it looks.

We bought a 33RETS this spring. It's not even 9 months out of the factory and we've had major leaks with the table/recliner slide. Standing water in the floor and on the top of the slide after retracting it. The slides were out/extended during the rain storm. The trim on the center top inside of the slide is swollen from all the moisture. It'll never be the same. Given all the other problems with this (see other posts by me) we are second guessing if we should have invested in this brand. There are lots of manufacturers to choose from. Ugh. We'll be taking it back to the dealer to see about warranty work. We've already put $1000+ into this RV since buying it. I hope we didn't waste our $.

Wow! You would think they could figure that problem out by now. Sad! I have a 2018 cyclone that I saved up for for 10 years, dream camper i thought. 3 slides rotted all to crap now. Sad because i do maintenance all the time and these slideout leaks are unseen until its too late. I cant afford to fix mine and Heartland will not help. 80,000 dollar mistake...

just curious, do you have a slide topper where the leak is ?
Not sure if you were asking me ? I don't have slide toppers and they should not be required to keep slides from leaking. My slides were leaking from the defective black edge pieces at the bottom that had no butyl tape or any seal at all under them. This is from water running down the sides which slide toppers would not help at all.

Sorry if I upset you and I would be angry too. I understand that they should not leak for any reason. I was just asking a question about your situation.

I have a 13 year old Bighorn, but do live in pretty dry Southern California. I had my roof and slide tops coated with Henrys TropiCool 887 Elastometric Roof sealant (mainly for high summer temperature IR reflectance, not leaks), but am really amazed at its comprehensive roof sealing properties, applied over the Dicor rubber roofing. Available many places, Home Improvement Centers, major online vendors.

I have been fulltiming for about 7 years, and had the roof coating done about 3 years ago.
