Out side TV door

Last night we had a rain storm here in NM and the outside TV cupboard is flooded out.. soaked. It is looking like the door seals are useless, were do I buy the seals that go around the frame?

Ours did that and flooded the carpet. I simply adjusted the latch and tightened it up.

I just see that I have adjusted the bolt and put a lock nut on the back and now it shuts up better thanks.

We removed the TV from the box. I RTV'd the entire thing completely shut. Our used to let so much cold air in when we camped in the fall, it was un-real.

I have now taken out the TV and again it rained last night and we had a wet cupboard, I checked around the outside frame and looks to me the water could be getting in at the top. :-( Sad!!
