Yep, I have one. Tried it on propane and gas. Is de=rated when on propane, but works just fine.

Did this on my 3010RE. Parallel cabled and can be run in the boxes with font door closed and locked. Removable hatched at exhaust end and at top for refueling. No overheating, can place hands on boxes and not hot

You might want to check if the electrical neutral is connected to ground inside the generator.

Bought boxes from rvgeneratorbox.com
They have a variety of sizes. I designed and built the rack that fits into the receiver.

First opportunity to actually use my new generator today...

CG lost power for over 4 hrs so I decided to fire up the generator and see what I had.... I needed to “exercise “ it anyway...

It performed beautifully - used propane as fuel source which worked great...

Powered trailer on 30amp side which gave me refrigerators/freezer, TV, etc...

Very pleased with performance!!!

The listings I have seen on dual fuel (propane/gasoline) portable generators have 2 sets of power output ratings listed somewhere - 1 for propane, 1 for gasoline.

when you run these generators do you have to run them with the doors open on the boxes to keep them from overheating?
