We have owned Big Country fifth wheels for many years. We are very satisfied with our new 2021 Big Country. Heartland makes a very good product and one of their customer service reps, Alan Wigent, has gone out of his way to help us with any problems. I mention him because the dealer, General RV of Tampa, Florida has done absolutely nothing but lie to us, lose our parts and refuse to communicate with us leaving us with no option but to call upon the company. Please check into the complaints of service for this company when deciding your dealer. As I told the service manager at General, I would leave a heavy criticism of his company except there is no more room on the social media platforms. Too many other disappointed customers have take all of the space.
