REPLACE ENTIRE SUBFLOOR IN MAIN AREA GREYSTONE 33QB

Hi to all,
You might think I've lost my mind taking on this project but it's got to be done. the kitchen sink had a leak unbeknownst to me and the AC leaked for a minute. Needless to say tomorrow I am removing my kitchen and the entire subfloor and replacing it. There is a large tank under the living room floor I know I need to be careful with; but I'm wondering if you guys can give me any advice so I don't really mess something up. I'm speaking of the integrity of the frame or something major like that. I think I should replace one sheet at a time for that reason; unless y'all think it would be ok to take out all the subfloor and then install the new. I was also thinking of adding more joists 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 and connecting them with lag bolts through the metal frame for additional support.
I would appreciate any and all comments, ideas, and prayers y'all can offer!

The following needs to go elsewhere but I really want to reconfigure the kitchen while it's out...so if anyone has done this or if it's elsewhere here, please direct me or please start a new
thread and let me know what you did! My biggest issue is counterspace! Or the lack thereof! And I would also like to get rid of the heater stuff under the fridge, install full-size fridge, and tankless water heater (all for another thread, I understand!)

I will truly appreciate all of the knowledge you can offer!! I am divorced and live in the 5th wheel full time. I also have small construction/remodeling company but haven't really done too much on RV's. Some...not much. I am confident...just need knowledge, and I know you guys know what you're talking about!!

Thanks in advance,
saws start at 7am!

just remember this is a RV & you can easily overload(suspension) it by added extra supports, thicker sub floor etc.

Be careful, you may be stuck with the furnace remaining in that area because of the intake/exhaust on the outside wall. Unless you know somebody good with fiberglass work. You will need to reroute the propane lines, which could be a pain.

Tankless water heaters sound great, but with the limited capacity for water storage, sometimes these do not work well in RV's.

As mentioned, watch the weight, especially if anything has to do with a slide-out.
