My friend just replaced his new AC with a Atwood AC, the previous had only been on his Fw for one season and he had two circuit board failures so he went with a different brand.

I couldn't get over how quiet this Atwood AC is, we were sitting watching the news on TV and it was so quiet we could carry on a conversation and still hear the TV with the AC running. It really caught my attention. The AC was located in the rear of the trailer over the sitting and TV area. The Dometic in my 2012 was no improvement over my 2002 Sunnybrook, noisy. Fortunately in a FW the noise is muffled by the front bedroom.
Heartland needs to check them out, plus the retail prices seemed to be less then other brands. Were I to replace my AC I would definitely check Atwood out.
