Seats Pulling Out of Wall

Has anyone seen or had the seat mounts in the 2414 pull out from the wall. It's the bracket with the hinge. I had one pull out yesterday. It appears there's nothing behind the wall to support the seat. If the backing was missing during manufacturing, it's poor workmanship.
I've had the unit since February 2020. But, have only used the unit twice for four days. To say I'm upset is an understatement.

Are you talking about the tracks for the bed and the two benches?

Haven't seen any issues there, personally.

I'm just talking about the benches. I don't have them on tracks. Just the fold down sofa like bench, one on each side.

It's like when the unit was put together, they put in the three woo screws, and didn't hit the stud. I would think whoever put the screws in knew they missed the stud.

I contacted Heartland yesterday. They say they will look into it. Sent them pictures.
