Slide broke roller.

On our 1 yr old 3950, my wife went into the RV to bring in the drivers side slide. When she did the slide dug into the flooring and also broke off one of the rollers that the slide was on. Took it into the shop to get fixed. We're waiting.

I think that the picture you attached or linked was incorrect and you meant to attach a different one, as this one is of a Homeland Response Force Region X coffee cup. I hope all turns out well on the repair to the 3950.
