Slide issues

We purchased a 2021 Heartland Torque T285 Toy Hauler and have had nothing but problems with the slide out kitchen/dinette. It will go out fine but gets all cock-eyed on the way in and just quits. We bought out of state and in town Heartland dealers won’t work on it since we didn’t get it from them. We did get a mobile repairman out only to show us the “override” procedure to get it in. We literally have to use this every time we have to retract it, and it isn’t like we use it a lot. Very frustrating. Had one of the motors replaced a few months back and are having the same problem again already. Anyone else have this issue?

Do you have lipper slide? Give them a call

Need to know your brand of slide: assuming it is electric from relating replacing separate motor.
If you do a search of You Tube there are a lot of videos on the different types of RV slides and correcting their problems.
