cable kits are avaialable from Amazon;BAL cable kit should work, you could contact Heartland customer service also. Several You Tube videos on replacing & adusting the cable slides. Good Luck
There are some steps to remove your slide out. Most sliding mechanisms are motorized and located below the main slide. Use pear and let open the cover extend to the maximum point. Use the block of wood and interceptor to support the width of slide. When the slide is maximized, release the slide from the handles. until it can be stored in your timeline. After the plate slide is removed, redesign your RV by placing supports.

Looking for 371 toyhauler bedroom slide out rubber grommet for the cables. New rubbers that keep the cables in the socket and also missing a rubber 2 inch x 4 inch piece that the guides the cable into the camper. Any idea where I can find the part number and/or the actual parts?

those grommets are available at most automotive stores. The 2x4 rubber pieces not sure where those are available.
Under the how to there is info on the BAL cable system. It is not something just heartland used, everyone used this system. The adjustments are usually under the bedroom slide, man they are a bear to get to. Have to remove all bedding including the mattress to get to the turn buckles for adjustment.

My bed goes front to back. Not side to side on the 371.
But it sure sounds like you had fun😀 and learned something 👊
