slide out inner tube rail?

Has anyone had to replace the inner slide out rail?

Not sure what you mean by inner slideout rail.
Are you referring to the fascia?

I’ve never heard of anyone replacing the rail. Yes the gear pack. What is wrong with yours that makes you think it needs to be replaced

The teeth that the gear pack ride on has a bad 4" -5" section which cause the teeth on the gear pack to break or skip causing the slide to come out crooked.
