Spare tire, 2900MK Fifth Wheel

A previous owner moved the spare tire to a rear bumper mount. We added a rear bike back which forced us to move the spare far to one side somewhat obscuring the light and license plate. I would like to move the spare back under the forward hatch, but while the rails are there, there isn't any mounting mechanism. Does anyone have a picture or even a description of what I would need to mount the spare?
