Step covers

We have the 4 step rounded steps. We are looking for step covers that will work for the steps, help to prevent Ice and slipping on the metal stairs.
What covers would work?

On our original fold-down steps, because of their flat surface, and our extensive use in icy/snowy conditions, I used skateboard grip tape from Amazon. Later, with the Lippert Alumiguard fold-down steps, their ridges provided enough traction that I didn't apply anything. I currently have Torklift Revolution Glowsteps and they also don't required any extra traction.
